Check Order Status
  • Once you have set up an account with U4GOLD.com, login and go to "User Center," then check your order status under "My Order" section. By clicking on your order number you may view your order details.
  • If you do not have an account, check your email inbox and view the order confirmation email. Copy the order number and send it to us via Livechat. Our customer service representatives will follow-up on the progress.
Order Processing Time

For our returning customers, products usually arrive within 30 minutes, but often much faster than that. As soon as our back-office receives notice of an order, the product is prepared for delivery. If the product is in stock and payment complete, products will at times arrive in under 5 minutes. We can’t guarantee this, but many of our return customers can attest to this.


For new customers, products will be processed immediately, and items will, without question, arrive within 24 hours of payment verification. If the items are in stock, identity verified, and payment received, products almost always arrive within 2 hours, but oftentimes much faster. Again, first-time customers will notice that order processing times are often quite fast, many completed within 10 minutes, but can be delayed if there are questions regarding payment or contact information.


There are times when our order volume is high and our stocks become limited. Consequently, our returning customers will always have priority in these cases.

What payment options do you have? Can I pay with Debit Card or Credit Card?

We support PayPal, major debit cards, and credit cards. By clicking the PayPal icon during checkout, you will see an option on the bottom that says Pay with Debit Cards or Credit Card, you are free to decide whether to use your PayPal or Debit Card or Credit Card to complete the payment.

Use of Personal Information

When you purchase from our platform, we protect your registered name, email address, and general location in our customers profile. This information is used to respond to your requests; contact you when necessary; and if you wish, send you emails about sales, promotions, and other special events.


Any personal information provided outside of the aforementioned will be deleted after transactions are complete. We do not save phone numbers outside of our chat log. We absolutely do NOT save game account information or passwords. We delete this information immediately after providing Agent Recharge services. We understand the sensitivity of our work. Forgot Username/Password

You will receive a reset password link by selecting the Forgot Username or Forgot Password link where the log-in module  is located.

$100 Gift Card Not Enough for a $100 Game

If the game is taxed and you have exactly $100 in your account, the gift card will not cover the entirety of the purchase cost.

Level Discount

Level discount is based on your VIP level. You can find it in your User Center. The VIP level is calculated based on our experience system which can be found in our Member Benefits section. You can enjoy your level discount only after your email address has been verified.

Refunds

1. Refunds may be claimed, without condition, anytime after payment is successfully made but before your product has arrived.
2. Refunds can not be claimed once the product has been received.

Order Issues

If information that is filled in incorrectly causes a delay in the processing of an order, we will contact you through email to help you correct the issue. Please note that we are NOT responsible for refunding if the recharging of an account led to a deposit into another existing account as a result of information being filled-in incorrectly. We ask that you please double check your information before you place the order to avoid any inconveniences.

Stock Shortage

For orders that can not be immediately completed due to a shortage of stock, we will provide you options to resolve the issue. If you choose not to wait, you are free to claim your refund.

What should I do if my payment is rejected?

On occasion, customers will come across payment issues. More often than not, the issue stems from PayPal or the credit card company. In order to resolve the issue, we recommend you contact PayPal or your credit card company to inform them of your transaction. They will be able to relax the security measure to allow for the transaction to be complete.
